Creator Terms & Conditions

Vicecoach Creator Agreement

By submitting free, premium or exclusive content to Vicecoach, creators agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership & Rights
Creators retain ownership of their original work unless otherwise agreed in writing. However, by publishing on Vicecoach, creators grant Vicecoach the right to: host, distribute, promote, display and monetize submitted content within the platform ecosystem.

2. Content Authenticity
Creators confirm that submitted content is original, does not infringe on intellectual property rights and is not plagiarized or unlawfully reproduced. Violation may result in content removal, account suspension, monetization termination or permanent platform restriction.

3. Monetization Eligibility

3.1. Monetization is available only to approved creators whose accounts remain in good standing.

3.2. Approval to publish content does not automatically qualify a creator for monetization.

3.3. To become eligible for monetization, a creator must satisfy Vicecoach's editorial, quality and compliance requirements, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining original and accurate content.
• Complying with the Creator Terms, Editorial Standards and all platform policies.
• Maintaining an account free from copyright infringement, fraudulent activity or policy violations.
• Successfully completing any verification requirements requested by Vicecoach.

3.4. Vicecoach may approve, suspend, revoke or restore a creator's monetization privileges at its sole discretion where necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

4. Editorial Authority
Vicecoach maintains editorial discretion over content approval, formatting adjustments, categorization, promotional placement and platform suitability.

5. Prohibited Content

Creators may not publish fraudulent content, hate speech, illegal material, misleading financial promises, harmful misinformation, excessive promotional spam, or unethical/manipulative content.

6. Platform Integrity

Artificial inflation of: views, engagement, subscriptions, or earnings is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in: monetization suspension, earnings forfeiture, account removal, or permanent bans.

7. Content Classification 

Vicecoach currently supports the following monetized content categories:
Premium Content:
Premium Content is available exclusively to readers with an active Premium subscription. Eligible creators may submit Premium articles for editorial review and publication.

Exclusive Content:
Exclusive Content is sold individually on a pay-per-view basis. Readers purchase access to a specific article or publication rather than through a subscription.

Vicecoach reserves the right to determine whether submitted content qualifies as Free, Premium or Exclusive.

8. Content Pricing

Creators may suggest a selling price for, Exclusive Content, Action Packs, Digital Products, or any other monetized content submitted to Vicecoach.

However, by submitting content for publication, the Creator acknowledges and agrees that Vicecoach retains the sole and absolute discretion to determine, modify, increase, reduce, discount, bundle, promote, or otherwise adjust the final selling price of any content before or after publication.

Any pricing decision made by Vicecoach may take into account factors including, but not limited to, content quality, market demand, audience value, promotional campaigns, subscription strategy, platform objectives, and commercial considerations.

The Creator's suggested price shall be considered a recommendation only and shall not be binding on Vicecoach.

By submitting content to Vicecoach, the Creator expressly agrees that any adjustment to pricing made by Vicecoach shall not constitute a breach of any revenue-sharing agreement, compensation arrangement, or publishing relationship between the Creator and Vicecoach.

9. Collection Of Payment

All payments made by readers for Premium subscriptions and Exclusive Content are processed and collected by Vicecoach.
Payments are made to Vicecoach and not directly to individual creators.
Creator earnings are calculated and distributed in accordance with this Earnings Policy.

10. Creator Revenue Sharing Policy

Remium Contents
10.1. Eligible creators receive 60% of the net Premium Creator Revenue Pool.

10.2. Vicecoach retains 40% of the net Premium Creator Revenue Pool to cover platform development, subscriber management, payment processing, editorial services, infrastructure, customer support, marketing and operational expenses.

10.3. Premium earnings are calculated using Vicecoach's engagement and distribution methodology, which may include verified readership, reading time, content engagement, editorial quality and other performance indicators determined by Vicecoach.

Exclusive Contents

10.4. Eligible creators receive 70% of the Net Selling Price for each completed Exclusive Content purchase.

10.5. Vicecoach retains 30% of the Net Selling Price for payment processing, editorial review, platform operations, customer support, marketing and administrative costs.

Net Selling Price

10.5. The Net Selling Price is the amount remaining after the deduction of any applicable taxes, payment processing charges, refunds, chargebacks, promotional discounts and other mandatory transaction costs.

10.6. Revenue sharing percentages are calculated from the Net Selling Price and not the Gross Selling Price.

Earnings and Payouts

10.7. Creator earnings accumulate in the creator's earnings balance.

10.8. Earnings become eligible for payout only after the applicable payment holding period and any verification or compliance checks required by Vicecoach.

10.9. Vicecoach may withhold, adjust or reverse earnings resulting from refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, copyright claims or violations of these Terms.

11. Creators are solely responsible for any taxes or statutory obligations arising from payments received from Vicecoach.

Vicecoach is committed to rewarding creators for the value they contribute to the platform while ensuring the sustainability, growth, and operation of the Vicecoach ecosystem.

By submitting content for publication, the Creator acknowledges and agrees to the applicable revenue-sharing structure and the terms outlined in this policy.

10. Right to Modify Commercial Terms Vicecoach reserves the right to revise pricing structures, revenue-sharing percentages, introduce promotional offers, bundle content offerings, subscription models, and monetization policies at any time. Such changes shall apply prospectively and may affect future earnings generated through the platform. Continued participation on the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised commercial terms.

11. Policy Changes
Vicecoach may update platform policies, monetization systems, creator programs, and membership structures as the platform evolves. Continued platform use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Vicecoach is not built to reward volume alone. It is built to reward quality, insight, originality, consistency and meaningful contribution. We believe thoughtful content deserves both visibility and value. And we are building a platform designed around that belief.
